League Standings

PPS allows you to flexibly separate your standings by divisions and/or conferences. Simply enter the final score of any scheduled game and standings are automatically updated across your entire site.

Player Stats & Profiles

Player statistics can be edited live or after the game using our online scoresheet. Save the scoresheet and stats are automatically updated for all teams and players in your league. Users can sort league leaders by any of a variety of statistical categories.

When entering team rosters, optionally supply information like date of birth, hometown and other biographical information. You can even upload player photos! Every player in the league has an individual profile page - a "playing card" of sorts - with biographical information and historical stats.

Game & Schedule Management

Enter the date, time and teams participating in a game and all areas of your site are instantly updated. Games can be grouped into events (useful for tournaments) and classified as regular season, playoff, non-conference, etc. Schedules can be viewed as composite league schedules or filtered by team or event.

Live Game Scoring

With internet access from the rink, scorekeepers can use the online scoresheet feature to update your web site in real time. Updated as the game happens, fans can keep track of the score of the game and everything happening within it. After the game, the box score is available for easy review.

No live scoring? No problem. We also offer print-ready scoresheets that come pre-filled with rosters and team information.

News Articles & Archives

You don't need to know anything about web design to publish professional press releases - they're simple using our integrated editor. Use it just like your favorite word processing program to add photos and format text.

Team Pages

Add players to a team's roster and they are automatically added to the team's home page within your web site. Each team has its own area complete with rosters, team-specific news articles, statistics and more.

Custom Pages & Reports

Custom pages can be created to display any information you choose, such as rules, league history or player features. Use our integrated editor (works just like a word processor) to create professional-looking pages from scratch! The page can be integrated into your navigational menu automatically, making it easy for users to find.

Site Hosting & Design

We agree - your site shouldn't look like it was stamped out of a cookie-cutter. Upload your league logo, pick the color scheme for your site, and select from a variety of layouts. If you really feel like being different, PPS also offers custom logo and layout design.

Easily browse to your league home page by purchasing a domain name (eg. www.YOURLEAGUE.com). PPS will register your domain for you and link it to your PPS league account. If you already have a domain name, it can be easily set up to work with your PPS subscription. Create an unlimited number of virtual (forwarding) email addresses for free when you register your domain name through PPS.

Tournaments & Playoffs

Whether it's the continuation of your regular season or a stand-alone tournament, PPS can handle it. Our playoff and tournament manager can handle single, double, and series elimination formats. Brackets update dynamically as games happen for elimination tournaments, allowing fans to track the progress of their favorite team in a simple format.

Online Registration & Payment

Users register online with information you choose to collect and can pay with any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Newsletters & Mailing Lists

Send notices and newsletters to individual players, teams, staff, or even your entire league using our mailing list tools. Newsletters are created using the same editor used for creating news articles, so getting the word out is simple.

Contact List & Address Book

Quickly look up contact information for staff or players using the built-in address book. Your address book is automatically updated when players update their info through the site.

Opinion Polls

Get feedback and keep your site looking fresh by posting regular opinion polls on your site.

Awards Tracking

Create your own list of awards your league gives out (MVP, Top Goaltender, etc.) and select a winner for each season.

Staff & Official Management

Easily assign referees and scorekeepers to any scheduled game. Tools are provided to aid in calculating payroll, and officials can log in to check their schedule for upcoming games.
